My approach is thorough and fully compliant with GMC Good Medical Practice and revalidation requirements, but the meeting itself is conversational, unhurried, and genuinely supportive — particularly for newly qualified doctors who may be approaching the process for the first time.

The appraisal portal used by doctors who book through this website is built with your privacy as a priority. Here is exactly how your data is handled.
🔒 Secure storage
All appraisal data is stored encrypted on Cloudflare's infrastructure in UK/EU data centres, protected by industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit.
✉️ Two-factor authentication
Every login to the appraisal portal requires a one-time verification code sent to your email address, in addition to your password. Your account cannot be accessed without access to your email.
🗑️ Automatic data deletion
Once your appraisal is complete and you have confirmed receipt of your PDF, all your personal appraisal data is permanently deleted from our servers. We do not retain your portfolio information.
📎 No document storage
Supporting evidence and attachments are not stored on this platform. You present your documents directly to Dr Tapase during the appraisal meeting by screen-sharing, keeping your files under your own control at all times.
🏛️ UK GDPR compliant
Data is processed under UK GDPR on the basis of legitimate interest for GMC revalidation purposes. Sapta Ltd is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). You may request deletion of your data at any time.
🔑 Registration codes
Access to the appraisal portal requires a unique registration code provided by Dr Tapase. This ensures only doctors who have arranged an appraisal can access the system.
